Welcome to my technical support pages.

This information used to be based on one of the servers at the University of Newcastle, but with the introduction of a Content Management System (or CTS), sites like this have been, or are about to be, decommissioned.

So, I have decided to setup my own site for a couple of reasons:

my Uni site got lots of 'hits', so the info there must have been valuable to some people, and
more importantly, I hope this will save me some work.

The information contained within these pages is, to my knowledge, correct at the time it was written. If you come across any glaring mistakes please let me know.
